This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed on this website.

The Website has a contact form. Data entered there is used solely to answer the enquiry and is not used for marketing.

When using the Website, the following data may be processed:

  • data provided in the contact form: name, email address, certification level, preferred dates and the content of the message,
  • IP address (in anonymized form),
  • statistical data about visits (e.g. number of visits, device type, browser),
  • data about how the Website is used (e.g. visited pages).

3. Purpose of data processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • answering enquiries sent through the contact form,
  • keeping visit statistics,
  • improving the functioning of the Website,
  • analyzing how the content is used.

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

  • user’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR) – for analytical cookies and for data sent through the contact form,
  • the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f)) – for answering enquiries.

5. Contact form provider

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which receives the submitted data and forwards it by email.

Data may be transferred outside the European Union based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

Submissions are stored by the provider for a limited period (currently 30 days) so that enquiries can be recovered if an email is lost. The data is not used for any purpose other than answering the enquiry.

6. Analytical tool

The Website uses: Google Analytics (Google LLC).

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website traffic.

IP addresses are anonymized before being processed.

Data may be transferred to Google servers outside the European Union (e.g. the USA), based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

7. Data retention period

Contact form submissions are kept by the form provider for 30 days. Enquiries received by email are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up.

Statistical data is stored according to Google Analytics settings or until the user withdraws their consent.

8. User rights

The user has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify their data,
  • erase their data,
  • restrict processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or the authority in the user’s country of residence.

9. Withdrawal of consent

The user may withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in their browser or changing their browser cookie settings.

10. Changes to the privacy policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary.
