The step past recreational limits: planned decompression dives to 45 metres, in a full twinset or Extended Range sidemount configuration, using decompression gases up to 100% oxygen. This is not a taster. It assumes you already dive regularly and want to train properly for staged decompression.

How the course works
The numbers below are how this course is actually run.
- Maximum training depth
- 45 metres.
- Decompression
- Planned decompression dives with up to 25 minutes of total decompression, alongside a buddy holding the same or a higher certification.
- Equipment
- A full twinset or Extended Range sidemount configuration, plus decompression cylinders.
- Decompression gases
- Up to 100% oxygen.
- Before you start
- Deep Diving and Enriched Air Nitrox certifications.
- How long it takes
- Six training dives plus the theory.
- What the price covers
- The course itself, without equipment — the twinset and decompression cylinders are yours to bring. Rental can be arranged if you do not own them yet.
- Where
- Vobster Quay in Somerset — deep, clear inland water suited to decompression work and diving with additional cylinders. Travel-based options run in Lanzarote, Malta, Cyprus, Croatia and Poland.
